    This place looks just as amazing as the photos. They thought of every detail. It was just gorgeous and comfortable. Was sad I only booked 1 night as they were fully booked for the next night. We'll, I will stay next time I'm in Sunset Town.

    We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel, especially because of its beautiful Santorini-inspired theme. The white and blue interiors gave it a fresh, calming vibe that instantly stood out. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It came with useful amenities like a TV and a fridge, which made the stay even more convenient. There was also a small balcony, which was a nice touch to relax for a bit. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the staff — they were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist. Truly some of the best hospitality we’ve experienced. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore nearby places. The only downside was the limited breakfast menu options, which could be improved. Overall, it’s great value for money, and we would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

    My room was extremely clean and bright upon arrival (Please note that these photos were taken right before I checked out). The housekeeping lady works very hard everyday to vacuum everywhere, washing the basins and dusting all visible and invisible areas such as the gap under the bed. I saw her doing all those difficult tasks everyday in the adjacent just-checked-out rooms. Instead of bragging itself like many others , this totally demonstrated their level of attention to detail with actions! The smile, friendliness, patience, helpfulness, care and English from the front desk lady and the gentleman are also exceptional! Besides the great mattress, linens, view and all that hardware, I have not seen such top-notch service in a boutique hotel anywhere in the world and I have been to lots of countries. The service here is even better than some of the so-called five-star hotels that I have been to before. They and the housekeeping staff must be promoted and receive a raise in their salaries as soon as possible because they serve with their hearts and souls, and guests can only be happy if employees are happy! I am extremely satisfied with my stay here and I will definitely recommend others to stay here. The only conundrum I faced during my stay here was that during check-out, the gentleman asked me if there was anything I felt uncomfortable with about my stay, I literally took ten seconds to think from the realms of sanitization, hospitality, decor, design, room size, etc, but genuinely, none! I hope that future guest like you can take care of the property and its amenities as good as possible as it has just been opened for a year and we would like future generations to receive such true Vietnamese hospitality. PS: Shame on me to forget asking the names of the staff as they deserve to be recognized here — I hope all of them and the management a prosperous Year of the Horse and I will definitely see you again! Thanks very much for the handwritten (great penmanship) welcome card — very sweet touch!
