The balcony view is amazing, the location is close to metro, taxi was easy to obtain, walking distance to Marina promenade and Marina Mall, around 20 min from JBR Beach and AIN wheel. Really clean apartment, gym at 35th floor was decent equipped. Non stop reception and parking available. Really strong points. Shops next too the building, really good and easy if you want to cook something.
The fact that the pool was closed for renovation and the owner didn't told us that. This is the reason I only gave 9 stars.

Очень большие апартаменты, просто огромный балкон, с потрясающим видом и с сушкой для белья, удобные кровати! Очень быстрое заселение! Вся необходимая бытовая техника имеется в наличии. И большой плюс, рядом большое количество круглосуточных продуктовых магазинов, это очень удобно!
Не работал чайник, но эту проблему решили очень быстро, принесли новый. Но очень большой минус именно для нас, это не работающий бассейн, так как жилье искали с именно бассейном, а он был закрыт на ремонт, хозяин не указал это!
