Location was good and inside the hotel the staff were polite and nice.We liked the room as well.
The entry to the hotel through the elevator was not clean and it was not smelling good.

The room was decent and the staff were good.
The Fabhotel is housed in a complex. It is in 4th floor. The entire complex is very filthy and dirty. Only the 4th floor, where the Fabhotel is housed is maintained well. We did not complete our stay. We came back after checking in after 1 hour. The picture of the hotel was misleading. The complex does not look like how it is portrayed.
