    In room I booked big bed n couple room, they allotted two bed both room and said if join bed then extra 800 rs charges. Not clean bedsheet n bathroom other guest soap n dirty. no handwash also. I asked for why put empty handwash jar,staff refused to provide handwash .After check in to ask for clean n room and bathroom cleaning. Then after providing towel n soap. I booked room with breakfast. Really I don't think this type road side lari food given. Pauha n small cup tea. if they clear this type food then why we waste of money for un hygiene food .we direct buy from stall n paid 50 rs . very cheap. so never book with breakfast. Only plus point for location. in center of city so easy for convenience. Main entrance lift out of work, back side small lift went from storeroom style area tuta futa furniture n not clean. if alone scary. Hope next time all well.

    Though our stay was short, we were able to get the best room for the money spent. Overall it was a good experience. Breakfast and tea was served on time. There was hot water. We were able to freshen up in time. Though there is room for improvement, we were quite happy 😊
