The Cove Aruba by Bocobay

El departamento es increíble, tiene absolutamente todo lo que te imagines! Espacioso, lujoso, cómodo, con muchos accesorios para ir a la playa (hasta un gazebo super útil). La ubicación es esplendida, bajás y estás en Palm Beach.

Tuvimos 2 problemas importantes con los accesos: 1. Al llegar NO estaban las llaves en la caja de seguridad que habíamos coordinado (nos demoró bastante más el ingreso y eso que llegamos de NOCHE). 2. Nunca nos dieron (en toda la estadía) el control para el estacionamiento. -> Eso hizo que a veces no quiera usar el auto porque tenía que pagar un extra y no me sentía cómodo con eso.

Location and everything is new

Only gave us 1 set of keys, we were 5-7 persons. It was better if they would’ve given us 2 sets of keys

En general todo excelente Sólo que cuando se necesita algún tipo de mantenimiento, la respuesta no es tan rápida

The location was very convenient to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very spacious with an amazing balcony overlooking the street and restaurant area with a peek of the ocean. Plenty of room and privacy for the 4 of us.

We needed a place to store our luggage until the 4:00 check in. I was told to contact them upon arrival to make these arrangements and the on site staff would assist with that. We never saw anybody in the office from our arrival at 11:00 AM Sunday until Tuesday morning. (and trust me, we went through that lobby numerous times) I asked for a late checkout of 11:00 so we wouldn't have the same luggage issue before heading to the airport. They were very gracious and granted the late checkout. I have to say they were very responsive with emails but still the luggage debacle upon arrival was not fun. We finally make arrangements for our luggage storage on our own! There was an issue with one of the shower stalls fixtures being in dire need of replacement. It was nearly impossible to adjust the temperature but this was mentioned on several other reviews. Hopefully that will get repaired soon. But with all that being said, we very much loved the condo and its location and would stay there again.
