Make yourself at home featuring a full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, coffee maker, microwaves, toaster, Cable TV, private pool, jacuzzi, outside pool bar with grill, sunbeds, , laundry room with washing and dryer. Additional complimentary wireless Internet access.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the other two bedrooms have a queen-size bed. 2 bathrooms with showers and 1/2 bathroom without shower features complimentary toiletries. One security safe in the master bedroom. Housekeeping is also provided once a week if needed..
The villa gives you both the seclusion and privacy and is fenced for all your privacy and the area is very safe. There is an alarm system with remote control.

House was exactly as listed and pictured. Quiet neighborhood (except for the barking dog nearby). Good location for access to Palm Beach, Eagle Beach, Super Foods, and just getting around the island. Listing states housekeeping available if needed but was not given any information on that. We stayed for one week and could’ve used new sheets/towels and toilet paper. Appreciated the pool towels - came in handy for the beach as well. Outdoor pool area was nice. Very aggressive jacuzzi - water got all over the pool deck. Kitchen was fully equipped. Could’ve used dishwasher detergent and extra trash bags. Overall, it was a more affordable option than 2 hotel rooms and we enjoyed the extra space. 2 adults and 2 older children.

The home is in a convenient location to the Palm Beach strip of restaurants and less than half a mile to the beach. You don’t need a car. TV’s work well. AC worked well except in master bedroom. Pool is nice but the outdoor furniture was just okay. Overall a good stay if you want more soace and privacy with a larger group than a hotel room can provide.

The property was in a good location. There was almost no communication with the manager. The house was clean enough, but there were things like the coffee pot/ maker, shower floor, grill, panini maker and patio floor were all dirty. The dishwasher was repaired with an arm that was too big to spin. The drains were all slow to drain. Dogs barked loudly most nights around 1am.
