About this villa rental
PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH OUR DESCRIPTION TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE AWARE OF ANY RULES/FEES/ADVISE/AMMENTIES.
This villa really has the best location!
Just walk out of your gate, out of the street and across the road, and you will be right by the Palm Beach Plaza Mall which is right by the hotel strip with all it's great benefits. Beach-shops-restaurants-nightlife- ALL AT WALKING DISTANCE.
The villa has a large living area with comfortable seating areas and is completely air conditioned. The kitchen is connected to the living area so you can cook and prepare meals in a nice cool home. We have a large dining table and a second sitting area to watch TV. Large glass doors give the home great light and a connected feel with the outdoor space. The sitting area on the patio is great, lounge chairs, dining table, patio seats, outdoor kitchen, a BBQ, and of course a beautiful swimming pool. All it needs is YOU on a float!
All 3 bedrooms have air conditioning, we have 2 bathrooms with hot water, the house has an alarm system, washing machine, WiFi, a full equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare your dinners.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Upon arrival, there is a cash cleaning fee of $250 USD for the cleaning after your stay. This is not charged through VRBO because your rental payment goes to the homeowners' bank account in America. The cleaning gets done by a local company in Aruba, so it is more efficient to have the cleaning paid out on location.
We highly recommend you take out travel insurance as soon as you book your trip as this provides you with immediate cover for unforeseen emergencies. Travel insurance helps cover financial losses associated with surprise circumstances that could ruin a trip, including illness, injury, accidents, flight or other transportation delays, and other issues. Please understand that if you do not have travel insurance, any losses because of emergencies will be at your own risk and we uphold our VRBO cancellation policy and only refund according to this policy.
Your water and electricity is INCLUDED in your rental.
However, we do take meter readings and ask our guests to be energy concious and report running toilets, turn off AC when the rooms are not in use.

The villa is in a great location and has everything we needed for a wonderful week in Aruba. Daniel met us and was very helpful with information about the Villa and restaurants in the area. The oven is a little tricky to operate, but Daniel is easy to contact if you need help.Everything in the villa was clean and ready for our stay and it’s easy to walk the short path to palm beach and the shopping area.

Very nice host with good recommendations for dinner, sightseeing, etc. very simple VRBO but very clean. Close to beaches via the unmarked path to the high rise district.

The house was perfect for our needs. Nice pool to hang out at and it was also walking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful! Thanks.

The home is in a great location. Five minute walk to the beach. The home it’s itself needs some TLC. The drawers to the bathroom vanity in the master bedroom were held together with clear tape. There was a problem with hot water in the kitchen. There was no hot water for two days. swimming pool does not seem to be circulating very well we were using our snorkel gear, to try them out, and found a lot of debris. The toilet bowl in the master bedroom overflowed. The home has a very nice layout. The manager is very easy to communicate with. We would probably stay here again.
