shower was slightly broken - leaking - needs fixing but it didn’t affect our stay. We have informed the owner and hopefully it’ll get fixed before next guest.

The location was outstanding, the apartment was in very good condition,and parking was included. It was one block from the 3rd Street Mall, one block from a Trader Joe’s, 3 blocks from the Santa Monica Pier and just one-half block from the Metro train. The apartment is well equipped and there was plenty of coffee and basic sundries in the apartment. For trips to downtown LA, where parking can be expensive and traffic bumper-to-bumper, we left the car at the apartment and hopped on the metro train, which goes straight to downtown. It’s the first time I went to downtown LA with zero stress.

There’s only one set of keys, so one evening my wife got locked out of the building. When I went for my jog, she stepped out of the building to take a short walk without her phone and found herself locked-out for an hour until I returned.

The apartment is great, starting from the customer service (thank you Anton!), to location and standard of the apartment. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is not very large but if you're traveling as a couple, it will fit all your belongings and make a perfect place to rest after sightseeing. It's just a few steps from Santa Monica pier, there's a lot of restaurants and shops around. The apartment is located in a new building with a balcony and air conditioning. Although it's close to a quite noisy street, you can't hear it inside when the windows are closed. Parking spot is large and will fit even a large pickup. Our host, Anton, made sure we have coffee pods, washing powder and water to drink. WiFi is working very well, I had no problems with video calls.
