Well situated, close to Lastarria’s restaurants and cafes. Comfortable bed, spacious enough apartment, made use of the kitchen facilities for breakfast, which was nice on a long trip.
Didn’t know when I booked that there was no reception or staff on hand, it’s all self service check-in and access. You also hear street noise, so you will need ear plugs!

Lo que más destaco es la distribución de los departamentos, la limpieza y la excelente ubicación. En nuestro caso éramos un grupo de seis personas, por lo que arrendamos los departamentos 101 y 201, los cuales resultaron muy cómodos y funcionales. Además, el aire acondicionado hizo mucho más agradable nuestra estadía, especialmente considerando que regresábamos de trabajar durante la noche.
La limpieza fue impecable, de hecho, las toallas son las más blancas y bien cuidadas que hemos visto en cualquier otro alojamiento. Como valor agregado, el lugar cuenta con un supermercado a pocos pasos y está ubicado justo frente a la estación de Metro Bellas Artes, lo que facilita enormemente la movilidad y el acceso a distintos puntos de la ciudad.

It's very easy to get here, it is across the street from a metro station. The place was very clean inside as well. Location is close to lots of bars and food.
The check in process was poor. After a long travel I get there to realize that I need to go through an annoying online form and do a web transfer. It was all legitimate but having no staff onsite makes it all much less pleasant. I had to go to a cafe nearby with my luggage to sort out how to get in. Another traveler was in front of the door unable to get in with the same issue.
The place is as described, just be ready for a 100% online check in where you can't even get into the building without going through it first.
Also I had mixed experiences with hot water. One shower was lukewarm, one was hot.
It is not that quiet from street noise as well.
