Great location Lovely staff Well equipped Warm and cozy.

Soundproofing is not great- especially between floors. If other guests are not respectful it’s quite disturbing (only one group). Bed was a little soft for my taste.

Location is exceptional for exploring the Lastarria quarter full of great restaurants, museums and walking distance to the Metropolitan Park and Cable Car up to Santa Cristobal.

Bathrooms are little rundown but it was super clean. The living area was very small for 5 of us.

I always like how clean and tidy everything is. The other aspect is that the apartment is very well equipped.

Unfortunately, the bed wasn't fully made. It only had bed sheets and no quilt. No hair dryer in the bathroom.

Great location and as I had an interior room it was very quiet, despite being in a vibrant happening neighbourhood.

Bed was extremely soft. Luckily it was just me and I don't weigh much. Also not enough room in the studio for 2 medium or large suitcases. Toilet blocked up and I had to use a bucket of water to flush it. Hotel could not provide me with an adaptor and I had to purchase one, despite being there for only 3 days and with no intention to return. No salt pepper oil in apartment, no coffee or tea. Very limited kitchenette facilities. Nothing opens until 8.30 or 9am so if you need a coffee prior to that you need to have your own. Also the internet wasn't working and they had to reboot the system, so was without it for a couple of hours.
