Spotlessly clean, great facilities and fabulous location.
A small coffee table in between the sofa & chair would be useful.

Good location, spacious apartment. Lots of wardrobe space and plenty of hangers.
The outside of the building looks very unkempt and dirty, with rubbish piled up around the bins, overgrown hedges and dead plants in pots. It certainly didn't feel welcoming when we arrived.
The shower in the ensuite was unusable as it just poured onto the floor even with the door firmly closed. The owner confirmed it was broken, so we were unable to use it. It may have been due to a very large crack in the tiles
Also the toilet seat in the same bathroom was very loose meaning it moved more than half way off the toilet. In the master bathroom the plug in the sink wouldn't go down so you couldn't fill the sink with water if required. Also the top of the window in the ensuite wouldn't completely close and there were plants growing through the window frame from outside.
There was also someone else's dirty pyjamas in one of the wardrobes when we arrived.
The Master bedroom bed isn't attached to its headboard which is just placed behind the bed with an inch gap, meaning the headboard moved when you moved in bed.

The apartment is large and spacious Shepherd’s Bush underground is closest and about 7-8 minutes walk away, there is a handy shop and a cafe literally on the doorstep. Providing the wi-Fi at check-in would help future guests as the signal on 5g wasn’t great.
Bedrooms - annoying light from the top panes of glass uncovered makes you feel like you’re sleeping with a light on, easy fix , the Beds are comfy and rooms large.
Bathroom - en-suite - couldn’t use the shower as neighbour came to say the shower poured thru his ceiling and had done for some time each time it was used.
Therefore the 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment became not fit for the purpose as we shared the shower over the bath in the other bathroom .
Overall a lovely apartment with some niggles .
