Very small & grubby. Poor quality towels & linen.

The London book was helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed provided.

The communication on the last day was not good. I asked a couple questions and the answer given was not helpful at all. We requested late checkout and then the messaging just quit working. I was disappointed with the location because I paid a premium to get a place close to the tube station just to find out that tube station close only works on the weekends. The combination of tube and overground buses was much more difficult to navigate.

We are a solo mum with 2 kids. The appartment is in a good location for activities in the west side of London. It is close to supermarkets, bus stops, train station and tube, but visitors be aware that the tube does not operate on weekends. The appartment has everything we needed in the kitchen. Having 2 bedrooms was great for families. We stayed during the heatwave, so it was hot without airconditioning. We were given a fan, which was great. A second one would have also been good. Emails were initally drafted with AI, which made me feel uneasy because this was an emergency booking due to having to cancel another accommodation, and I had children to think of. But after a few messages, I finally got a response that felt human and reassuring. They gave me the assistance I needed to easy my distress.

The rental agency fir thus aoartment uses a third site to take a security deposit and msnage the booking details. The fridge was set too low when we arrived and I had to change the temperature so our food didn't spoil. The bathroom doesn't have a fan, so things got humid and foggy in there. The water from the shower would easily spill out on the floor, so we had to spin dry the bath mat a few times. The unit has a washing machine but no dryer, so it would have been perfect to have a washer/dryer combo. The appartment is on basment level, and steps to get down are quite steep. Visiors be aware of this and not to have suitcases that are too heavy, as this could be difficult.

They have tried to furnish it well with contemporary furniture . The design isn’t bad .

It was not clean , smelled bad - there was hair on the sheets and spiders in the bathroom and bed room . Towels were poor quality with hair and stains on them. They did send a cleaner who changed the sheets for us but overall it’s just not worth the price they are charging .
