El departamento estaba remodelado y era cómodo, a pasos del mar en el barrio de la Barceloneta. Contaba con cocina, lavadora, aire acondicionado y calefactor.
Estaba en un cuarto piso, al que se accedía por una escalera angosta (es un edificio antiguo, igual que todos los del barrio de la Barceloneta) y en las noches al ser un sector "bohemio" prefería no salir por seguridad.

Beliggenheden nær stranden er god og lejligheden er fin til to personer.
Lejlighedens varmesystem virker ikke godt nok og vi måtte have tæpper på i stuen for at holde varmen. Vinduerne i stuen slutter ikke tæt og kan ikke lukkes ordentligt. Der er ikke nogen el kedel så der kan laves kaffe eller te (bør være standard). Ingen lys i emhætten og et af blussene i komfuret virker ikke ordentligt.
