Location, girl who checks in is amazing, very helpful , close to see
There was not the door in the bathroom, some issues with sinks, the smell in the rooms is bad even with ac,

The location is great, next to the beach, plaza, shops, restaurants, etc. Central AC is great. All items (coffee machine, iron, etc) are provided for a comfortable stay.
The property is an old, historic building, therefore, no elevator - prepare to climb stairs. AC above the bed blows into the face.

door knob lock is not easy to use it took some learning how to press it correctly additionally the code to enter the inner door never worked first time it had to be repeated for some reason

Personal is really friendly and gives a lot useful information.
Appartement really needs to be renovated, especially bathrooms and bed linen. Price of appartement is close to 4star hotel, but the quality is really far from it.
