very authentic Barceloneta experience it was an emmersive experience, excellent location allowing you to be in the city and out of it same time

door knob lock is not easy to use it took some learning how to press it correctly additionally the code to enter the inner door never worked first time it had to be repeated for some reason

We got the ground floor which was convenient. Great location with many restaurants and bars walking distance. The beach is also very close. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything. The location was perfect - couple of minutes walk to Barceloneta Beach and a nice 20 minute walk to the Gothic Quarter. Many supermarkets and places to eat/drink within the immediate area. There was very little noise for such a busy area, and seemed very safe at night when walking! The host Albiol was the most accommodating and friendly host I have encountered. The kitchen area provided everything you needed, along with a smart TV and most importantly fantastic air conditioning for hot weather! There is also a lovely roof terrace area to see the city and relax.

Appartement really needs to be renovated, especially bathrooms and bed linen. Price of appartement is close to 4star hotel, but the quality is really far from it.
