Location, building, and overall comfort
A little trouble accessing, but once that got fixed everything else was good.

pretty new apartment, very comfortable bed, more spacious bathroom than usual, very quiet air-con
very loud on evenings due to the location in the middle of the party district, fridge makes a lot of noise, you have to talk to the porter whenever you want to enter the building which is annoying (especially if you are not fluent in Portuguese)

It was perfect—easy to access, simple instructions, and centrally located. It was close to Baco de Batman, which we wanted. Highly recommended
