The location was amazing. There are a ton of restaurants nearby, including Baiao Cozihna Nordestina, and Fantasmagoria, which are phenomenal. The apartment was cute and had good amenities. It was clean as well. There were no roaches or bed bugs, just a few ants, which was nothing. The apartment does get cold in the winter temperatures, so try to bring blankets or sweaters. There is a cute coffee maker, sandwich maker, utensils, plates, and a kitchen kit with a grill to cook that is part of the communal materials. Some items are shared amongst the apartments, like the hair dryer, heater, broom, mop, and kitchen kit. The beds were extremely comfortable. I found the building and area to be quiet. Edit: I forgot to mention that the hostess does leave cute keepsakes for you, which I thought was really sweet and thoughtful.

The hostess didn't accommodate our check in request to arrive early. It forced us to find lodging elsewhere for the first night. She also wouldn't prorate or subtract the first night. She had sent us instructions to get into the property an hour after the check in time, but only after we threatened to cancel the reservation. She insisted on communicating only through Booking.com. But, Booking.com indicated that we needed to communicate directly with her. She ended up sending us instructions on how to enter the property through Booking.com the next day after check in, which would have been unacceptable. We had to spend more money on different lodgings than what we had planned. The apartment got a bit cold at times, so a stronger space heater might be helpful than the one available. The hostess is not at all flexible with check in or check out times.

A TV não era smart, ao chegar em SP recemos alerta de tempestade e minha programação foi cancelada tendo que ficar dentro do apartamento. Ao ligar a TV tive a surpresa que não era smart e não consegui nem espelhar a tela do celular, mandei msg para anfitriã mas não recebi resposta. Só esse ponto mesmo.

O ponto que mais nos agradou foi a localização. As camas e os travesseiros são confortáveis e nos proporcionou um bom descanso. O corredor interno é muito bem apresentável, as plantas dão um ar muito agradável.

Do horário de check-in (15h) e de check-out (11h), achamos o intervalo muito grande, o que faz com que percamos horas de estadia. A negociação desses horários foi bem inflexível, sem acordo. Secador: apesar de ter disponível no imóvel, o uso é coletivo, sendo necessário fazer a retirada fora do quarto. Entendo que disponibilizando um em cada quarto proporcionaria um maior conforto para os hospedes. Além de ser um custo muito baixo. Outro detalhe foi a ausência de toalha de chão no banheiro.
