Good location, easy to get around on the metro. The canal and waterfront is lovely. Lots of nice cafes around in the area. The bedroom was comfortable, water pressure in the shower was good, kitchen had basic amenities which was perfect for our stay. Beautiful view from the windows as it's 21 floors up. The building itself is above a car dealership and sushi restaurant, and a multi story apartment building.

The flat wasn't properly cleaned - there was hair in the sinks and the floor wasn't very clean, which is gross when you first get there. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom and only one and a half rolls of toilet paper left for us. Given they make you take out all your trash and still have a cleaning fee you'd expect better. Pickup and drop off for the keys was also a headache. The lock box for the keys had been moved but nobody informed us, so when we arrived at the location the keys weren't there. The staff were thankfully responsive over message and found out where the keys had been moved to, for us to collect them. When we had to drop off the keys at the end of our stay as well, the designated location was closed. We ultimately had to leave the keys back in the apartment as we were getting late for our train. This could've been managed better. No apology or help from the company, or flexibility with check in or check out time either.
