Luxury Casino 1B Apt at Broadbeach

The property was great and communication with the owner also great

The logistics of finding our way around the casino we weren’t fussed on.

Property was fine. Booking.com should have made me aware that the key was to be picked up from another property, before I booked. Poor booking.com service. Not an issue for the property owner, actually the representative from the owner could not have been more professional and provided excellent customer service. Booking.com website needs to be upgraded to enable awareness of this issue, prior to booking

Property was excellent

clean

wind draft noise overnight

The view is absolutely beautiful day and night and location

Instructions to get to the apartment are not very good instructions. No cooking utensils There is no dining table to eat your food at 3 chairs and a small coffee table Chairs at the bench were too small to eat your food at Pillows, they weren't pillows, very uncomfortable. Woke with sore kneck and had to get a massage for kneck pain No sugar but coffee Rubbish was in the bin when we arrived No dishwasher liquid to wash the dishes The shower didn't drain correctly while showering, built up 1 bedside table Shampoo but no Condition Body wash was almost empty Sauna was not working Steam Room smelt horrible. There was also a lot of wet paper in there, as this is because body builders gym people. Cover the actual steam vents with paper to make it hotter, which also malfunctions the system. As experienced with this issue, the smell can also be removed depending on which system you have. This can be an extra cost, but it is worth it to make sure the steam room is fresh and clean Pool lap pool Gym was.good Outdoor function area great
