Luxury Casino 1B Apt at Broadbeach

The view, clean,quite, and easy access to rail, shops, casino, the gym and pool were magnificent.

The view was exceptional. The convenience of being next to the casino and Pacific Fair. Very fast and efficient lift. Clean fresh smelling towels and crisp linen.

The entrance to Tower 2 from the carpark was signed "Authorised Personnel Only" which turns out guests could use. The directions around the building did not appear correct. The bed was too bouncy. There was no tea towel or dish cloth to wash up our 3 forks that we used.

The location and facilities were perfect. The unit was perfect

There was no complimentary coffee, only 3 speciality tea bags in a little jar.... No kettle! No mugs, no cups, no glasses to even have a drink of tap water. There was no extra blankets The temperature control could not be adjusted above or below 20 degrees. It's cold up that high on the 50th floor.

The view from level 45 was pleasant, and the balcony would have been handy with better weather. Living area was comfortable and heating convenient.

Cleaning product used in the room had a strong, unpleasant smell reminiscent of cat urine for entire stay No bin in kitchen and no hand towels or face washers provided in bathroom. Only one key card was supplied, limiting independence of one guest when desired The mattress was poorly fitted to bed frame There was only one obstructed mirror in bathroom and no other mirrors with natural light for getting ready Tower Two is quite far from the main casino. For the price paid, and distance walked between events we would have been better off staying locally in a nicer hotel in Broadbeach. Main casino hotel rooms also offer a far superior standard and are more cost effective.
