The comfort and rooms were like home and dare I say like a resort!!

N/A again everything was above our expectations !!!

The house was absolutely beautiful. More than enough space for us traveling as a group of 10. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors.

The Airbnb was equipped with rich artwork, very spacious, rooms were very clean & lining were fresh, scents were satisfying. Loved house the rooms connected with bedrooms. The master bedroom had a bonus room, spacious bathroom was state of the art, his/hers sinks & the bed slept comfortably. Decor was nice, kitchen was equipped with utensils, cookery, seasonings, cleaning supplies etc. The place equipped with all the necessities. Downstairs living room areas, nice Atlanta themed decor, theater room was decent, leather furniture needed upholstery but overall downstairs/basement area was state of the art & modern.

SOUND THEE ALARM!!! Upon my arrival there were debris on the front porch. The door insulation was coming off the front door. There were dead plants throughout the Airbnb. There were fans blowing all throughout the main level. It was extremely hot. I called the host, waiting for the air to get cool, seems like there was a way he could operate the coolant system via his phone. Waiting and waiting, we were instructed to plug in a unit but they didn't work. So we waiting...The house wasn't the cleanest especially outside near the pool area and the game room. There were Amazon boxes stacked up in a locked room, the jacuzzi wasn't getting warm, no light to see at night under the jacuzzi or near the pool. The outside decor was decent. We noticed the air upstairs on the was 1st floor was operable. Almost downstairs seems to have a great coolant system. Back to the air on the main floor, after we waited hours, drenched in sweat, the next day there was an appointment made by the host. Message from the host: Hi, Your appointment with Coolray Heating & Cooling has been scheduled for Thursday May 28 2026 with an arrival window between 8:00 AM & 12:00 PM at 814 Lynhurst Drive Southwest, Atlanta, GA 30311 USA. To make any changes, reply back to this message.The a/c tech arrived and was knowledgeable and I must say that the a/c on the main floor was blowing cool air the next day. The furniture in the white and black room needed cleaning, chairs, sofas needed cleaning. There were stains and visible dirt all over the furniture. To be honest, most of the furniture in the main room near the kitchen seating area didn't match the decor. The furniture is bulky and takes up too much space making it difficult to navigate through the property. Next, the ice maker on the main floor stopped making ice, he sent me directions like turn the knob on the left but there was no knob to turn.
