Close to everything. House was nice and spacious. The neighborhood was quite with minimal traffic.
Steep hill and steep steps for my elderly family members. Maybe add hand rails to front porch.

He left us donuts and wine to welcome us! So nice! Beautiful kitchen and living room, nice floors throughout, beautiful master suite, nice size closets, everything was well stocked, nice backyard beside the large bricks of stones.
Bathrooms outdated, location was in a ruff part of town, no scenic views, really big hill to climb to get to the property, no railings to all the steps so our family that was older and disabled had a really hard time, some rooms didn't have tvs, walls were damaged and most needed painting, big blue tape on windows with no curtains, lastly 1 room upstairs had ugly cheap comforter and decor and it was 1 of only 2 single bed rooms so expected it to be nicer.
