The house is setup very well, clean and lots of light. Good sized back yard to throw the ball around. No notes other than keep this place in mind when needing a rental in south Austin.
Parking is a little tight if you have a bigger vehicle, not a mark against the property.

The house was just as the name suggest,cozy! The location for the food and wine festival was perfect. I will be staying again. Thank you!
The neighborhood was not the best due to the unkempt yards.

Everything!!! I highly recommend this property!! It will be my 1st choice whenever I'm in Austin. The host was extremely friendly, very helpful and quick at responding! Thanks again for a wonderful stay!
