The hotel is located in an excellent and central location near the old city and near the city center and near the promenade, the hotel services were at a high level, the staff service was professional and courteous, it is important to note those who welcomed us, Afgan the receptionist, was very professional and courteous, and also the bellboy Malik who helped us and accompanied us to the room.
The breakfast was varied and very tasty, clean, tasty, wide variety and looked good. In short, I will go back there of course
The shower flow was weak but there was always hot water.
There is no close access to the hotel with a car/taxi

The location was fantastic! This is my 2nd time staying and I'm always satisfied and happy with my overall stay.
There are some items missing in the room like iron, bathrobe, and tissue within the room.

Great location, friendly staff. Helper guys are great.
No coffee in the room, Got it after requesting for many times and they never refilled. poor quality handwash, shampoo and body wash. Same breakfast for 5 days, no variations and very less options.
