Views were great, lots of beds, clean, bug free, laundry and kitchen on site had updated appliances, staff did run over more toilet paper and dishwasher pods when asked. The information sheets on check in/out and how to start the shower we're helpful. Also (for me it's a plus) the hot water is HOT, just be careful if you have small kids or sensitive skin because it can literally be scalding
Extra toilet paper/paper towels/dishwasher pods than one each for an extended stay. The linens were not on the bed when we arrived and that caused a bit of confusion the first night there. The mattresses were really, REALLY firm which is great if you need/like that, but it might have been nice to have some padded mattress covers for those of us who need it a bit softer
