I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should be aware. Unfortunately, my stay here was quite disappointing. There was no cold water in the shower — only extremely hot water (close to 50°C), which made it nearly impossible to bathe, especially in the hot summer weather (over 30°C). Despite reaching out to the host, the issue couldn’t be resolved during my stay. In addition to that, the room was not clean: • There was visible dust on the bedside area. • The bed sheets had not been properly changed — I even found hair from a previous guest. I paid for a comfortable, clean place to rest, and unfortunately, this did not meet basic expectations.

Amazing location, amazing host, I’d stay there again!

I loved the location, size of the room, and how quickly they would respond to emails and calls.

There could be better signage and instructions on how to get the reception. Also mention in the description that you have to walk up 6 flights of stairs to get there. Not a problem for me since I had only a small bag but i’m sure if anyone came with a big luggage it would be inconvenient.

Location was great. The staff was there to greet us and answer questions. Room was comfortable. Air conditioner was a plus and the view from the room was nice.

Travel light! The room was up on the 5th floor. The apartment is located in a corner lot building with one resident who is bothered by guests. The public parking lot, caddy corner from the building is expensive.

La limpieza. Había una camiseta del anterior huésped debajo de la mesita de noche y, la cama supletoria estaba muy sucia (menos mal que no tenía que utilizarla...)

Pessimo ,da evitare!

Stanza piccola e arredata con mobili vecchi ed ingombranti.Palazzo vecchio e senza ascensore( la struttura è al terzo piano,)altre stanze della struttura attaccate una all'altra inclusa la reception e quindi si sentono voci e rumori spessissimo.Vista orribile su uno squallidissimo cortile interno e per finire distante dalla Città Vecchia raggiungibile solo in auto.

Ótima localização e equipe atenciosa

A acomodação é muito confortável, bem localizada e limpa. A equipe é simpática e prestativa, nos ajudaram muito com dicas sobre praias e transporte. O quarto é confortável, espaçoso, com armários, frigobar, ar condicionado e TV. O banheiro também é espaçoso, bem limpo e com boas toalhas de banho.

De forma geral gostamos de tudo. A única observação é quanto aos horários de check in (15:00) e check out (10:00), pois a acomodação não tem local para guardar as malas e não tem a opção de late check out, então complica para quem chega com voo muito cedo da manhã ou vai embora com voo tarde da noite (que foi o nosso caso). De toda a forma, existem luggage storage nas redondezas.

Muy buena ubicación , a 5 minutos a pie del centro histórico . Buena atención y amabilidad . Súper cumplidor si el objetivo de alquiler es bañarse y dormir .

Hay que subir 4 pisos por escalera , no tiene ascensor .

Great stay with Queen Mary!

Odlicna soba sa vrlo udobnim krevetom!!! Do grada 1-2 minuta hoda. Odlican izbor za krace boravljenje i privatnost. Ako se odlucite na ovakav boravak, necete pozaliti!!!
