Appartamento grazioso, letti comodi e self check-in molto semplice.
Siamo stati avvisati dalla proprietaria la mattina stessa del nostro arrivo di una festa medievale proprio sotto l’appartamento. Strade chiuse al traffico e siamo stati costretti ad attraversare la festa con borsoni e zaini. L’acqua calda non funzionava, quindi doccia fredda. Mi è stato chiesto di mettermi in contatto con l’idraulico, cosa che ho declinato. Dalle 6 del mattino sono iniziate le operazioni di pulizia delle strade e sistemazione delle vie sottostanti, quindi addio sonno. Peccato.

Un po’ di manutenzione non guasterebbe.
L’atmosfera del passato, l’appartamento grazioso e ben attrezzato.
Parcheggio non disponibile. Porta d’ingresso difettosa non ho potuto lasciare i miei cani da soli perché ho rischiato di non riuscire ad aprire da fuori. Là cassetta di scarico del wc si blocca e continua a scaricare, inoltre ho rimosso la placca per sbloccarla ed ho trovato tutto ammuffito all’interno. La mancanza del bidet è, per noi italiani, un deficit fondamentale.

Tutto! appartamento molto accogliente e davvero per Friendly con cuccia giochino e ciotole. Posizione ottima vicina a tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. La proprietaria disponibilissima e gentilissima.

Gradevole soggiorno nel piccolo borgo di Avenza.
L’appartamento è accogliente e arredato con originalità. Il letto è comodo e c’è molto silenzio. Nei dintorni o addirittura sotto casa si trova parcheggio.
Solo due minuzie: in cucina mancava una ciotola per l’insalata; ci sono molti oggetti, per gli ospiti e non, nei numerosi cassetti della cucina e della camera, ma così rimane poco spazio per riporre la spesa o il vestiario. Per il resto, tutto bene.

Petit appartement au calme, agencé avec goût
Voilà un appartement très bien situé au calme dans une petite rue. Le confort et l'ambiance du logement sont très agréables, on s'y sent tout de suite bien. La literie est bonne, la propriétaire se rend disponible spontanément pour nous guider en cas de question (Merci Anna !) Tout est aussi fait avec soin pour accueillir les animaux de compagnie. Nous n'en n'avions pas car nous étions en moto mais nous recommandons fortement ce lieu.
L'accès à l'appartement se fait par un escalier très raide vers le 2ème étage... à déconseiller aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
