Check-in was easy, and the online portal contains all necessary info and more. The small framed information signs scattered thru the property are super helpful and let guests focus on specific things where they are located, which is easier than trying to remember stuff read in a general "how to" book for the house. Great variety of beach gear, and the beds were mostly very much to our liking (one was softer).
Glad the outside stairs had been recently replaced - the deck boards all are past their prime and could stand to be replaced. Plenty of splinters and nail pops to watch for.
