Casa de Puerto

La ubicacion excelente, el diseño hermoso y acogedor, la calidad de los materiales, articulos de cocina, todo pensado y excelente.

3 cosillas que no complicaron pero darian un puntillo extra, una canilla / ducha afuera para limpiar los equipos de KITE surf, algun pequeño tendedero o soguita para dejar secando algo (lycras, etc). tal vez habia y no la encontre, una escoba con una palita para limpiar arena. Insisto, nada de nada critico.

It was a fantastic stay, Casa de Puerto is a special place. With exemplary architecture where good taste predominates and countless details combined with sustainability, we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioning. The ancestral nature of the place is present; we feel all its history through the original stone walls and wooden accents from old openings. An excellent location, great kindness from the owners, a magical space! If I didn't live 9000 km away, I would definitely return. Thank you very much, Gerardo!

Beautifully designed and decorated. Close to beach.

Would have liked a TV and a lock box for valuables, regular showerhead and hotter water.

The location was great, very close the beach. It was clean and the host was responsive when we contacted him.

We are seniors and have travelled extensively. The unit we rented was on the second floor. There was no handrail on the steps leading to the entrance. I almost fell down the stairs carrying my luggage. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the amenities provided. The bed was only about a foot and a half off the floor and it was a challenge getting in and off the bed. The lounge had a concrete bench with a pad which was referred to as a couch. Not very comfortable. We ended up using it to keep our suitcases on because there wasn’t adequate storage other than a small closet. Despite that there was no other place to sit and relax other than the two kitchen chairs. There is no television and we couldn’t even find a comfortable place to just read. Besides that, the lighting was dull. One of the reasons why we rented this apartment was because of the balcony. Were we’re disappointed that the balcony off the bedroom level had no seating so we could not even sit there and enjoy a coffee. While we were there the nights were quite cold. There was only a thin blanket that we could use for warmth and the air unit did not provide heat. The water fall shower was different but we would have preferred a regular shower head. The water temperature never got hot, just warm. The toilet room had no place to hang the hand towels. The owners could make this a great stay if they addressed some of these issues and it would not be too difficult to ameliorate
