Independent apartment for holiday rental, located in Progreso beach, in Yucatan, Mexico. Just 30 min away from Merida city, and 10 minutes walking distance from Malecon of Progreso.
This is two bedrooms and two bathrooms 120 m² apartment, capacity for up to 4 people. All the apartment has air conditioning, hot water, an amazing terrace with ocean view and hammocks to enjoy the fresh weather, and a charming living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a pool in the building, parking, and security 24h.

Condo is large and bright in a wonderful location. Quiet street with a short walk to the Walmart and convenient to Malecon.

We stayed in condo 2B also known as Sun Kin Condos.
This condo is extremely well decorated and in very good condition lots of paintings on the wall beautiful furniture comfortable couch beds all was great at this place brand new fridge stove oven great washer and dryer everything you need I would stay here again

We are frequent travellers and use VRBO on a regular basis, normally have a difficult time in providing a poor review. So in saying that,
we liked the condo. It lacked a few items like a coffee pot and proper frying pans. We bought both plus wine glasses.
Other concerns… There isn’t a water jug service. We mentioned it to the owner and he had a two liter bottle delivered to us which lasted a day. We ended buying five 20 liter jugs during the month. I had to carry these jugs about 90 steps up. Not easy for a 70 year old. With a bad back and poor knees. We could have called Gabriel each time but he’s not always on site. TOther than that, this condo is good.
