New, clean . Comfortable bed
James was easy to communicate with, very helpful in arranging for us to leave our car ahead of check in time. He very kindly gave us a lift to our event at Sudely Castle to save us walking.
The fizz and milk provided were very much appreciated
It was cramped (it's a garage conversion).
The 'kitchen' is little more than a shelf and breakfast stools in a corridor, half size fridge, and no water/sink except in the bathroom. As we were there only one night this was passable, but there's no way of self catering. (Look at the photos more carefully than I did)
More space to put things in the bedroom would be appreciated - there is space for a dresser
Nice toiletries, but a shelf on the wall would be nice, not on the floor
