Stayed to attend the fantasy forest festival and it was perfect

Great overnight stay
The position to the town and supermarket. Very clean and plenty of towels. Quick response from host when asking questions. Welcome bottle of fizz and chocolates. Tea, coffee and milk available to make hot drinks. Warm on arrival.

Great host, adequate accommodation for a one night stay
New, clean . Comfortable bed James was easy to communicate with, very helpful in arranging for us to leave our car ahead of check in time. He very kindly gave us a lift to our event at Sudely Castle to save us walking. The fizz and milk provided were very much appreciated
It was cramped (it's a garage conversion). The 'kitchen' is little more than a shelf and breakfast stools in a corridor, half size fridge, and no water/sink except in the bathroom. As we were there only one night this was passable, but there's no way of self catering. (Look at the photos more carefully than I did) More space to put things in the bedroom would be appreciated - there is space for a dresser Nice toiletries, but a shelf on the wall would be nice, not on the floor
