Appartamento molto bello, pratico e funzionale. Pulizia impeccabile. Zona silenziosa e vicini apparentemente inesistenti. I gestori sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità superlative. Collecchio è a pochi km da Parma per cui non vale la pena di spendere di più per una camera in hotel quando puoi avere un intero appartamento per te anche a meno!

The apartment is very comfortable, with everything one needs for a n ight or even a few days stay. The location was not far off the main road going between Parma and La Spezia, which was convenient for me. Although a bit far from the centre of town there was an excellent restaurant next door, which also had live music on the Saturday that I came through.
The keys were easy to collect. The problem was that the instructions came over WhatsApp, which I was not expecting. Best to also pass them over the Booking.com chat function. It appeared that the chat function was not monitored as I had to call the owner to get the instructions.
