We did not get breakfast.

The room we booked on booking.com was not the room we received. The room floor was dirty The room heater was not working We couldn't find an extra blanket

Getting to the accommodation and booking is not on their system Trying to communicate with the host is difficult. TV did not play asking the host and getting no response is unacceptable No air-conditioning and no extra blankets

The host was available 24/7 and responded swiftly to texts. Very accommodating, the property was super clean, clean towels n no stains on pillows. Everything was perfect for our stay.

Nothing at all.

It’s surrounding, closeness to the Sunbet Arena for the concert I went to, also loved the mini- mall across the road! It was a great location! Loved the restaurant on the 16th Floor and it was pretty safe!

I didn’t mind the stay per se, however, I had a room change at the last minute and the one I got, the tv and WiFi did not work; it was not as clean as I would have liked as it had some of the previous occupant’s hair on the bathroom floor and some white stuff on the shower wall! Kitchen had no kettle ( thought this was a basic thing)! Additionally, a floor towel in the shower would have been great! Did not find green and red recycling bins! Apart from that, it was comfortable
