Great location, central to access roads and walking distance from good restaurants. Apartment was clean and tidy.

Reception comms not great: - When I arrived from airport 90 mins early hoping to drop my bags, reception staff required me to phone the owner and talk to him about it. This was a first for me in a facility with dedicated reception staff. - Park on P2/P3, but no directions about where that would be and it is not obvious (P3 is the ground floor). Security guard eventually assisted after I drove through the whole parking area. - When I tried to drop the key at front desk in a rush on checkout, the staff could not open the access controlled door and parking boom to let me out, but required me to hassle with my bags to the car, drive around the block, park and then drop the key. Apartment contains essentials, but nothing else. For example, there was no milk or creamer for coffee. Bar fridge completely empty. In similar places I've stayed, welcoming touches were in place. More focus on a seamless guest experience will go far as the apartment is neat and central.

Location was perfect for the reason for our stay.

The check-in process was horrendous. We arrived at 16h00 and stood in a queue which extended outside, down the steps and into the parking area. It took 1.5 hours before we got served at the reception desk with no apology or explanation from the staff for the delay.
