Excellent location, of course. The photos don't do the unit justice, though. It was nicer than we expected: bright, fresh, spotlessly clean, all the basics you need. Thoughtful layout and a quiet area.
It's a personal thing, but for me, the mattress was too soft. But I like a futon! Great pillows, though.

The hosts were amazing. We had an extra family member join us and Emma and Cam provided extra bedding. The location was close to everything in Browns Bay.
There was nothing not to like.

Handy location
Clean and tidy
Comfortable place to stay
Kitchen could be better equipped with cooking items and sharp knives.
Did get a few Ants in the kitchen. Might be worth getting some baits
Shower head is very low at shoulder height. I’m pregnant so bending to wash hair was very uncomfortable.
Shower door is very narrow, I only just fit pregnant

It was cosy and well equipped
No washing machine and quite damp with condensation
The shower was tiny and shower head super low
