Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal im Service und an der Rezeption. Man merkt, dass sich das Team viel Mühe gibt, besonders da das Hotel noch neu ist.“
Das Housekeeping kam teilweise verspätet, sodass wir nachfragen mussten und kurzzeitig keine Handtücher hatten. Vermutlich fehlt noch etwas Routine aufgrund der Neueröffnung, positiv war die anschließende Entschuldigung mit Getränken an der Bar.“

Moderne Einrichtung, super Lage. Angebote wie zB Lagerfeuer und Kinder Bespaßung.
Restaurant zur Frühstückszeit sehr überfüllt. Auswahl war so lala und auch ist das Personal mit dem Nachfüllen nicht hinterher gekommen.
