Excellent location and a great new look , well and aesthetically laid out apartment just about 10 mts walking distance from the HBF and old town area. Excellent clean linens towels and bathroom amenities and whole apartment smelled new and clean . We had stayed in hotels around this area earlier but this apartment experience was just unbelievably great. Would love to come back here again.

L’appartement est très bien situé et très propre. La décoration est très conviviale. On se sent comme à la maison. Nous avons pu faire une lessive car il y avait quelques berlingots disponibles. Tout est très bien pensé.

Localização excelente e apartamento muito aconchegante. Conforto de viajar e ter um cantinho com a comodidade semelhante a da minha casa. Recomendo a todos. O fato de ter estacionamento, facilitou muito!!!! Éramos quatro pessoas e mesmo dormindo no sofá cama, tudo foi perfeito. A proprietária nos deixou fazer check in antecipado sem custo.

The location is just unbeatable. 5-10 minutes walk from the main station, on a quiet street. The apartment was quite nice though we would have preferred fewer artifacts which in our opinion made it a bit congested. There are two AC units which work pretty well. The washing machine is an added benefit. The host is friendly and try their best to assist

We received detailed check in instructions from the host 1 day before arrival which was great however on reaching the property things didn’t start off well. The key locker would nt release the key to our apartment, we tried several times. We finally had to call the host , explain the problem, send pics and finally they agreed to send someone to sort it out. We had to wait at the lobby for more than 30 minutes which was not very nice after a long flight. When the person finally arrived he found that that the cleaner had placed the key incorrectly in the locker due to which it did not release. Not a great start There are a large fleet of steps from the main road to get to the apartment which can be difficult if you have luggage. We did find another alternative route up a slope but it’s longer We did have another issue which the host tried to address quickly but was not resolved completely
