Location as described, pictures describe the place
Misleading information about AC. They have 2 portable fans that spray water, those are not a proper AC installation, however they charge as they are. The sofabed is very old and wear is obviois, it was super uncomfortable.

Fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, sofa, TV…
Bed is not that comfortable. It was also on the ground floor where there is a lot of insects and mosquitoes.

It was a very central location for exploring the city center. The main train station, tram, and the old town were all close by. The flat was clean and well equipped, and it looked like the photos. The management was very responsive to questions.
