Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Well equipped with very good instructions to use facilities and for how to access the property. Location is an easy walk to Zürich HB.
It was a bit hot: no air-con (but many places here don’t). Plenty of windows to open and some fans to use.

The apartment was clean and a great location to trams and train station and sights in Zurich.
It is a ground level apartment so additional road noise, HOT, it is summer and you have to decide privacy vs air flow/noise. Also, it’s advertised to have “air conditioning “, it DOES NOT have air conditioning, there are 2 “cooling fans” that were not effective in even hardly creating air flow. Better fans would have been more effective. Needs to remove the AC as being provided in listing.

At street level so no privacy if windows opened for air. Hot in summer, and no aircon.

The location is just perfect. It is close to the train & bus stations as well as shopping centers and restaurants. We were able to walk where we needed to go.
The only suggestion would be better air conditioning during summer months. But we were gone mostly during the day time and at night time you can open the windows to feel a cool breeze.
