位置优越，街道繁华，地处罗马中心，到各个景点都很方便，公交地铁站就在附近，机场大巴也不远，超市附近有好多家，房子新装修的，家具有特色。厨房厨具也够用。卫生间好用，房间温暖。
入住手续繁琐，特别是对不懂外语和手机软件使用不好的老人，沟通也不方便，城市税也要手机上缴，很麻烦。房子在繁华地段，晚上不安静，12点前都有摩托车呼啸而过，卧室里有呜呜的风机声音，我几天都带耳塞。公寓是公司管理，方式刻板，4个人5天给二卷手纸，要了也说不负责提供了。现在booking上很难遇到真正的房东了，几乎是公司管理、与房东不见面，房子装修很好，但生活不方便，没有家的温馨，和酒店一样。
