The location
Spa and pool didn’t work properly, rooms are musty, main ensuite retains water on the floor after showering

A lot of room. Great view. Heaps of bedrooms, cutlery crockery etc. fully equipped and looked just as pictures promised.
There was a fair bit of assuming that we were going to party and ruin the property. I had to pay $50 to insure against potential cleaning costs and also send pictures of myself and ID over the internet to prove who I was. I didn’t like that at all. I understand safeguarding of property, but why not build the 50 into the accommodation cost?

Good location. Good staff. The cleaners Rinchen Gyeltshen were very helpful, showed me how to use the digital door and did a great job before we moved in.
One of the bedrooms (2 single bed room ) has no heating. The door to go to the balcony can not be locked from inside. The roof was small leak when rain. A part from that, this place is perfect.
