Property was very clean and very well equiped.

The only negative thing about it was there were no fans in the other 2bedrooms and probably could also add one to the dining area.

The location was the main attraction for us.

Firstly, I put in a request for a 10am checkout, and no reply. I also received 3 different priced invoices, which only one was the booking price but in fact it was the second invoice charged. I sent 6 emails....no replies. When I booked ( it was non refundable) it never mentioned to bring own towels and bed linen. I had to dig deep into property listing to find one tiny little paragraph at end saying these needed to be supplied by tenant. I found the staff at Lifestyle curt over the phone. The house was fine, clean enough but who wants to make beds on arrival? Also, the main bedroom bed mattress is quite deep, so my queen bed sheets from home didnt fit properly. The ensuite light flickered constantly while on like it was on a very short timer...my husband has epilepsy. Shower at night, you can't see a thing. Ensuite toilet had a dreadful stain at front (it's not much to replace the seat). Both toilets had hardly any toilet paper on them and no spares, so had to buy a bundle only to take home. I saw agent, she was quite non respondent with no apology. How can a cleaner properly clean when the light is timed in and out? We had to take bins out to front for pick up. We are all very clean and tidy people but to be charged for $180 for cleaning is a rip off. I was disappointed but the location was the best part of the rental. We bought meat at butcher shop and BBQ'd at waterfront. They were cleaner than the house bbq.
