The house was all set up ready to go - linen provided. A great start to an amazing few weeks in beautiful Evans Head. The real estate was prompt with communication and all correspondence was clear and concise. The premise was clean and airy, with everything you need provided.

We loved our stay at this character filled home, perfectly positioned with IGA across the road and walking distance to RSL, Pub, bakery and the Main Street. The river and surf beach also within walking distance. The house was very clean and the beds very comfortable. We loved Evans Head, the friendly locals and the laid back vibe. Thank you so much.

If you're looking to get back to basics in 2026, this is the property.No air con or heating, no WI-FI, no dryer.We encountered hot humid weather for our week away which meant we had a hard time sleeping and drying our clothes. The kids really let us know how much WI-FI was missed over the xmas break, unable to even watch Netflix.The first night of stay we were unable to cook on the BBQ due to gas bottle empty, also lighter provided was empty. It was our duty to take it to be refilled then a refund a week later.The area above the stove/hot plates in kitchen leaks profusely when raining. Other than these things which werent mentioned in initial booking description or enquiry, our stay was ok. Was it worth the cost? No. But i would book another property with the same agent
