Le principal atout est la vue sur mer. Les équipements.
La propreté des lieux. Assiettes sales. Casserole toute grasse rangée telle qu'elle. Vmc encrassées. Détritus derrière la machine à laver. Des bouteilles vides laissées. Les robinets entartrés.

La vue sur mer est magnifique de la fenêtre de la chambre au balcon. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour, et la conciergerie est très disponible.
