Es war ein nettes Appartement sehr zentral in Como. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar, nette Geschäfte, Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir hatten Glück und bekamen einen Parkplatz direkt beim Appartement. Der Vermieter war super, hat uns alles toll und einfach erklärt.
Es wird sehr warm an Sonnentagen, unbedingt in der Früh die Fensterläden schliessen.

Communication from the owner, Gaetano, was excellent with clear instructions and also hints and tips. Location is good, just a 15-minute walk to the lake with many bars, restaurants and shops in between. Apartment is compact, but comfortable for a short stay. I have listed a few items that were missing, but overall, the value for money is good given how expensive Como can be.
There's no TV, kettle, hair dryer or WiFi (no internet availability is stated on Booking.com). These weren't issues for us, but could be for others.

Bra storlek med väl utrustat kök och god kommunikation med värden.
Boendet var inte så städat och saknade AC. Det var ca 34 garder när vi var där så det blev extremt varmt.

-The cleanliness of the apartment is really disappointing :(
- Shower glass is not clean and there are some molds on it.
- Bathroom tiles has some dirt left on it.
- Table is not clean and I didn't eat in this accommodation.
