The apartment was clean, fairly spacious, and equipped with a washing machine, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a very nice bathroom. Communication with the owners was excellent and went smoothly.
The ground-floor apartment didn't have a great view and didn't get much sunlight.

Lovely clean apartment, great location
Balcony was in the shade all day :-( it did eventually get sun in the late afternoon/ evening. Maybe it was the time of year we stayed (January) but not a massive negative :-)

The flat was well-equipped with kitchenware and cleaning products. The host was welcoming and responsive. It was easy to find a parking spot nearby. The view from the balcony was great.
The flat lacks AC, though there was a fan, which helped a lot, in October.
