La posizione, la zona, i servizi annessi alla struttura e la cordialità del personale. La terrazza è fantastica e eccezionalmente ventilata e tranquilla
La scarsa disponibilità di parcheggio ma sicuramente sarà stata colpa del periodo essendo la settimana del ferragosto

The apartment was clean, fairly spacious, and equipped with a washing machine, a large, well-equipped kitchen, and a very nice bathroom. Communication with the owners was excellent and went smoothly.
The ground-floor apartment didn't have a great view and didn't get much sunlight.

Lovely clean apartment, great location
Balcony was in the shade all day :-( it did eventually get sun in the late afternoon/ evening. Maybe it was the time of year we stayed (January) but not a massive negative :-)
