Stylish Seaside Stay - Spacious Ramsgate Apartment - New Build, Underfloor Heating, Perfect Location

Lovely little flat used as a base for our family of 4. Big sis wanted her own space, so slept comfortably in the lounge on the sofa bed. Great to have 2 bathrooms too!! Plenty of space for luggage, clothes etc, and a desk to work from had we needed it. Clean and tidy communal areas and friendly neighbours and cleaners within the building. Excellent location to walk to the seafront, restaurants, local shops, and also to pop to close by towns such as Pegwell, Deal, Broadstairs. Great transport links had we needed it. Excellent and helpful communication from the host - able to answer any questions quickly and effectively. We also appreciated the later checkout time of 12pm. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Onsite parking is minimal, but this was explained before we arrived, with plenty of alternative suggestions given within close proximity to the flat. We parked on Vale square- a very cute neighbourhood who were having a garden party for VJ day when we arrived!!

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect. We would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

There was nothing not to like.

This is difficult there's lots to like at this new build property.

The property had not been serviced at all. There was debris from hallway ceiling on the floor, from a water leak above. Curtains are too thin - in the bedroom I could see across the courtyard and into another flats bedroom. You can hear every noise from above, conversation etc
