Once you booked this hotel via Agoda app. And if you cancel it within 2 mints… they did not refund single rupees. Means hotels owner did not approval your request for refund.. location is good but rooms are very bad.. no ventilation. And smelling inside.

By mistakes I booked the lodge of Saturday to Sunday Monday.. so while I observed the date is wrong, I cancelled booking in 2-3 minutes. After that they did not refund my amount as well there are not given me room which is I paid already. And the booking app is Agoda.
