Great location for restaurants and buses into Brighton.
It would have been nice to have more chairs in the garden, as there was only enough seating for 3 people and the property can accommodate 6.

Would highly recommend. The home is fully equipped, clean, spacious, and feels like a home away from home. Tesco and Co-op are just a couple of minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The beach is about 15 minutes on foot, and the host's check-in instructions were very clear and helpful. Parking was also straightforward.
Nothing to fault – for a holiday let, it was more than good enough.

We had a great stay and would happily recommend this house. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The modern interior, fast Wi-Fi, large TV and well-equipped kitchen made us feel at home. Even small details, like having a bath plug available, showed that the hosts had thought about their guests’ comfort. Communication was easy, check-in was smooth, and the house was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Brighton in the future.
It was a bit far away from the mains spots in Brighton - 40min walk

Great location, excellent transport links in to Brighton.
Fabulous house,well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend.
House was very warm when we arrived due to warm weather and all windows/doors shut all day but I understand that cant always be helped.
