- Very helpful staff, especially Ms. Rania, Ms. Engy and Ms. Mariam from reception.
- Clean rooms and facilities
- Spacious rooms and balconies with nice views.
- very large pool with good vibes
- Attached Aquapark was fun
- Breakfast menu needs more items
- Aquapark is open to non-guests from 10 am daily, which makes it very crowded especially on weekends.
- Location is a bit far from public transportation

It was clean and they nice swimming pools. The staff is friendly.
The waterpark is open to the public but looked exclusive to the hotel. It was way too crowded to enjoy so we ended up not even utilizing it. Their breakfast is terrible.
