J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour du début à la fin. Le personnel a été exceptionnellement accueillant, toujours souriant et disponible pour répondre à toutes mes demandes. La chambre était moderne, très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenue chaque jour. L’emplacement est idéal, surtout pour un séjour proche de l’aéroport, et le service de navette gratuite est un vrai plus. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et de bonne qualité, avec suffisamment de choix pour satisfaire tous les goûts. L’hôtel est calme, bien organisé et offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je n’hésiterais pas à y séjourner de nouveau.

Honnêtement, je n’ai rien de négatif à signaler. Mon séjour s’est déroulé exactement comme prévu et toutes mes attentes ont été satisfaites. Si je devais faire une remarque, ce serait uniquement pour dire que tout était très bien organisé et que l’équipe a rendu l’expérience particulièrement agréable.

We stayed at Flamingo Cairo Airport Hotel during a long day wait in Cairo before our 3:00 am flight. We needed to leave for the airport by around 11:00 pm, so we only required a comfortable place to rest for a few hours. Booking through Booking.com was easy, and we were also able to adjust our booking to one room for two adults, as we were not staying overnight. We checked in at around 2:30 pm. As we were travelling with three children, the hotel charged an additional $10 per child and added extra beds to the room, which was helpful. The room was large, very comfortable and well suited to a family. It also had a kitchen area with a fridge, which was very useful. There is also a coffee/tea station. There was Netflix and YouTube available, which helped keep everyone relaxed during the wait. We also walked to a supermarket about two streets away and bought rolls, cheese and crisps for something simple to eat. The bathroom was very nice, clean and modern. Another excellent addition was the musallah and clear direction of the qiblah in the room, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also very close to the airport, making it a convenient option for travellers needing a short rest before a late-night or early-morning flight.

The biggest negative was the breakfast situation. Breakfast was included in our booking, but because we had to check out at 11:00 pm for our 3:00 am flight, we could not use it. For an airport hotel, this is something that should be better handled, as many guests will be arriving or leaving at unusual hours. It would have been much more thoughtful and fair to provide a packed breakfast, snack box, or some basic in-room food as an alternative, especially since breakfast was part of the booking. We had to walk to a nearby supermarket to buy rolls, cheese and crisps instead. For a breakfast-inclusive option, not receiving breakfast or any substitute was a major disappointment.

Modern, clean hotel with large well equipped room and king size bed, decent breakfast and helpful staff. Short 10 minute taxi to the airport.

Could not get hot water to the shower in spite of plenty to the sink taps. Cold shower definitely woke me up. Location is a bit isolated with no adjacent amenities such as shops, cafes.
