Paid €170 for a “lake view” room, requesting privacy on the upper floors for a romantic stay with my girlfriend. They promised to do their best. We got a first-floor room directly in front of the restaurant – everyone could see us, even from the bed, and we could hear every conversation just 3 meters away. Couldn’t even use the balcony. After a long, difficult drive, this completely ruined our night. For a better (and free) view, go to Balcone d’Italia, 7 minutes away. traduce español

Comfortable with great views if you feel like tackling an adventurous drive up!

The views were amazing and the breakfast was good.

The room felt a bit outdated. The drive up from Lugano was pretty terrifying but the drive down to Como wasn’t too bad. The outlook over the lake was incredible though, even though the view from our room on the side of the hotel wasn’t the best.

Definitely the view was amazing. That’s the only reason you can book this hotel, just for the view.

The building is quite old and renovation should be performed in order to maintain a 4-star rating. The windows in the roof restaurant are extremely dirty. The walls in the room must be repainted. The balconies are full of rust. The level of breakfast is at most correlated with a 3-star rating, not 4*. Don’t eat at the terrace restaurant as they don’t know how to cook Italian food. The risotto was like porridge, super overcooked, and had no flavour at all. The local wine was good, but that’s it.

Personnel incompétent et ni commercial

Alors le personnel nul le serveur pas aimable et changer lui ses chaussures qui fait du bruit et le petit déjeuner quand le beurre est moisie vu avec le serveur et même pas changer le pot de beurre et enfin l histoire de vente ses chambres avec vu a 16 euros plus c est pas commercial quand l hôtel n est pas complet environ 21 chambres avec vu et si il y avait 20 pers dans l hôtel c est le bout du monde

L'hôtel est plein de charme. On a été surclassés pour une grande chambre avec balcon et vue sur le lac de Lugano. Un verre de proscesco nous a été offert à notre arrivée. On a absolument adoré notre séjour. 😍

Sensationelle Lage über dem Luganer See, gutes Restaurant, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Vom Balkon Sicht auf Lugano und die dahinter liegende Dufour Gruppe.

Schade, daß die historische Bergbahn noch nicht wieder in Betrieb ist

Atemberaubend schön!

Allein die atemberaubende Lage ist Urlaub für die Augen und die Seele! Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit einer Minibar ausgestattet. Es erfolgt täglicher Wechsel der Handtücher. Besonders lobenswert ist das Frühstück, insbesondere jedoch das selbstgemachte Brot! An dieser Stelle ein Riesen Dank an den Bäcker!

Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

Atemberaubender Ausblick, mehr nicht.

Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer (Familiensuite mit Seeblick und Bergblick, 2 Zimmer, 2 Bäder, Balkon) war atemberaubend! Die Lage ist wirklich sehenswert. Die Fahrt dorthin deshalb auch sehr abenteuerlich mit viel Steigung und engen Serpentinen. Die Betten waren gemütlich und es war sauber (wenn man nicht über den alten Teppich nachdenkt).

Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen. Der Ausblick aus dem anderen Zimmer zeigte einen Bereich des Hotels, der abgesperrt und im Zerfall war. Leer stehende Gebäude um das Hotel herum, die früher eine Bar und Disco waren. Die Einrichtung sehr altbacken. Die Duschkabine viel aus der Verankerung, der Seifenspender hatte abgebrochene Plastikstellen und klebte nicht mehr an den Fliesen. Das Restaurant wirbt auf der Internetseite mit tollen Fotos von tollen Gerichten. Die Menükarte vor Ort bietet nix davon an. Wir bestellten Pizza. Leider die schlechteste Pizza, die wir jemals gegessen haben. Von unten angebrannt und trotzdem labbrig. Das Personal schien mit der Menge der Gäste überfordert zu sein. Wir warteten knapp 2 Stunden auf unser Essen (glücklicherweise hatten wir für die Kinder eine Portion Pommes bestellt, die bereits nach knapp einer halben Stunde kam). Danach haben sich die Kinder allerdings gelangweilt, denn die hatten ja fertig gegessen, während wir noch warteten und warteten... Das Frühstück (bei uns inbegriffen) war ok. Am Buffet gab's einiges an Auswahl, alles aber Fertigprodukte. Wir hatten nur eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise gebucht und haben uns vom Ausblick locken lassen. Bei einer Nacht kann man es hinnehmen. Längere Aufenthalte sind nicht ratsam. Wir würden nicht noch einmal buchen. Bei einem 4* Luxushotel hatten wir höhere Erwartungen.

Ein einmaliger Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist ausreichend.

Das Hotel besticht durch die sensationelle Lage. Die Aussicht auf den Luganer See ist atemberaubend. Man kann sich an dem Panorama kaum sattsehen. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Terrasse eignet sich bestens zum Verweilen.

Das Frühstück fällt bescheiden aus, gemessen an der Tatsache, dass man in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel (laut Angabe) ist. Man bekommt zu essen, und man wird auch satt - natürlich! Aber von einem bemerkenswerten Frühstück kann nicht die Rede sein. Das Personal ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen nicht besonders freundlich oder aufmerksam. Hier gibt es den meisten Handlungsbedarf. Den Hotelmüll würde ich nicht unbedingt unter dem Balkon eines Gästezimmers lagern. Ein Müllraum wäre angebracht, um Schädlinge wie Ratten nicht anzulocken.

Prachtig uitzicht, heerlijk eten, vriendelijk personeel en goede prijs.

Het ontbijt was prima, voldoende keuze en telkens netjes op tijd aangevuld. Heerlijke koffie! Geweldig uitzicht vanaf het terras en avondeten was heerlijk. Erg vriendelijk en hardwerkend personeel, kamers prima.

Was fijn geweest om vooraf info te hebben over de lastige bergrit vanuit Lugano (Zwitserland) naar het hotel. Supersteil en meerdere haakse bochten achter elkaar. Vanuit Italië geen probleem wanneer je via Argengo rijd.

De locatie beviel mij het meest. Alleen de drukte van Mensen die zavondts naar boven kwamen met de auto viel mij tegen vooral als ze dronken waren.

Het hotel was nog niet klaar voor het zomerseizoen Eten eerste drie dagen naar de 5e verdieping voor Eten en drinken zoals in de beschrijving van het hotel Geen treintje dat van voren naar beneden Geen. was Nog niet gerestaureerd.

Sensationelle Aussicht, Entspannt.

Das Frühstück war von der Auswahl nicht viel, aber sehr gute Qualität. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär! Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, allerdings war die "Vongole" einmal versalzen.

Die WLAN-Verbindung ist schrecklich, auch dass die Fernseher ein Amazon-Konto voraussetzen, finde ich nicht gut. Ein paar mehr Aushänge über die Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants usw. wären hilfreich, am besten auch auf mehrere Sprachen. Das Haus ist hellhörig, aber es ging die meiste Zeit. Zwei Tage hatten wir sehr laute Nachbarn über uns, das war nervig, dafür kann aber das Hotel nichts. Die Strecke zum Hotel ist nach Norden und nach Süden schon ziemlich heftig, aber das Hotel ist es wert.

Prima hotel met prachtig uitzicht

Prima kamers, prachtig uitzicht, gratis parkeren, minibar. Goed om te weten is dat het weggetje erheen bochtig is, hoog de bergen in. Je krijgt er een prachtig uitzicht voor terug (en wij spotten 2 herten die de weg overstaken).

Ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid en was grotendeels op toen wij gingen ontbijten.

Badrzo miły i pomocny personel. nie miałem jak naładować telefon i pracownik z recepcji zapewnił mi ładowarkę. dobra kolacja i napoje. widok przepiękny. parking.

w łazience było pęknięte lusterko. żeby włączyć telewizor trzeba było dokonać rejestracji, założyć konto i td. co w sumie i tak nie powiodło się skutkiem. słabe śniadanie. praktycznie nie było nic do wyboru. nie ma możliwości samemu przygotować kawę. trzeba stać i czekać w kolejce aż przygotują. generalnie pokój bardzo słabo wyposażony. brak czajnika, szklanek, woda za dodatkową opłatę. w hotelu jest brak sportowych atrakcji.

Το ίντερνετ δεν ήταν καθόλου καλό στο δωμάτιο. Στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους ήταν λίγο καλύτερο. Η πρόσβαση ήταν λίγο δύσκολη. Ο δρόμος ήταν στενός με πολλές στροφές.

Ottima vista ma poco altro

Albergo con ottima vista sul lago di lugano. Camere discrete arredate in stile anni 80 con moquette. Bagno abbastanza ampio ma manca una tendina o un vetro nella vasca che impedisca ad ogni doccia di allagare tutto (ci hanno riferito che è una scelta del proprietario). Luce sia in camera che in bagno molto scarsa. L acqua del rubinetto, a quanto riferitoci alla reception, non è potabile, cosa molto strana per un albergo 4 stelle (probabilmente è un ridicolo incentivo ad acquistare le bottiglie di acqua al bar). Il ristorante ovviamente è servito dallo stesso acquedotto dell albergo, quindi se l acqua veramente non è potabile eviterei di pranzare o cenare li. Colazione nella media, senza infamia e senza lode, sarebbe meglio arrivarci prima delle 9 perché si rischia di trovare ormai gli avanzi degli altri. Le luci delle scale sono temporizzate ma al primo piano il sensore di movimento non ci ha rilevato e siamo dovuti scendere nel buio piu totale. Il personale è cortese e attento.

Leider bin ich mit dem Hotel sehr unzufrieden. Ein unhöflicher und unfreundlicher Empfang. An der Rezeption liegt Dreck und Müll herum, und in der Nähe des Hoteleingangs liegen überall Zigarettenstummel herum. Okay, das hat mich nicht interessiert. Für mich ist ein funktionierender Fernseher im Zimmer wichtig. Das gibt es nicht und sie haben mich bei der Anmeldung nicht darüber informiert, aber sie wussten es. Nicht nur in unseren Zimmern, sondern im gesamten Hotel. Sie sagten, das Amazon-System sei schlecht, aber es funktionierte nicht nur nicht für den Internetzugang, sondern auch nicht für normale Fernsehkanäle. Gar nichts. Nachts war mir im Zimmer kalt, es gab keine Möglichkeit, die Temperatur zu regeln. Ich habe in meiner Badewanne geschlafen. Im Bidet gibt es nur kaltes Wasser. Ich verstehe das nicht einmal. Wegen Kostensenkung? Empörend. Ich fühle mich, als wäre ich betrogen worden. Da ich das wusste, bat ich um eine deutliche Preissenkung, aber sie haben das nicht einmal zur Kenntnis genommen. Ich empfehle es niemandem. Sajnos nagyon elégedetlen vagyok a hotellel. Erkezesnel barátságtalan fogadtatás. A repcepcional kosz,szemét, a Hotel elott a bejarat mellett cigaretta csikkek mindenhol. Oké ez meg nem érdekelt. Számomra fontos a működő tv szobában. Ez nincs,és a bejelentkezesnel nem tájékoztattak pedig tudták. Ja nem csak a mi szobákban,az egész hotelben. Rossz az Amazon rendszer mondtak,de nem csak az internetes hozzáférés ,hanem normal tv csatornak sem működnek. Semmi egysem. Éjszaka fáztam a szobában, nem volt lehetőség a hőmérséklet szabályozásra. Furdokopenybem aludtam . A bidén csak hideg víz van . Ezt nem is értem. A költségek csokkentese miatt ? Felháborító. Úgy érzem átvertek . Ennek tudatában kértem az ár jelentős csökkentését,de szóra se méltatták. Nem ajánlom senkinek.

CONSIGLIATISSIMO

La posizione è fantastica con una vista mozzafiato. Il ristorante dell'hotel è ottimo: consigliatissima la pizza (il cuoco è un vero napoletano e la pizza è eccellente!)

Nessuna criticità particolare, l'hotel è in fase di avvio e ci sono piccole cose da rivedere ma il prezzo era più basso rispetto alle strutture circostanti proprio per questo motivo. Quindi: nulla da ridire.
