    Location is close to bus stop and grocery store. Lugano is also 15 min by walking. Property is outdated and in need of serious renovation, but if you just need a place to stay for a few days, this is a good location.

    Not bad for the price. Our room has 2 double bed and 1 double deck. And it's just foitsteps away to the lugano lake. It will be nice if they provide bottle of water and electric kettle for coffee and tea.

    The worst hotel in a beautiful city. Sub standard in terms of hygiene , facilities, staff . Dated rooms with dirty linen , towels were smelly and dirty. Ants all around in the room. AGODA must be careful before listing such properties on their platform. Don’t waste money and stay in much more comfortable properties around the Paradiso area of Lugano like hotel admiral or ibis , Novotel etc. Never been so relieved after checking out a hotel.
